NO, You don't have to give up everything you are today to be free. You'll notice parts of you are more aligned with your soul, while others are simply cultural and social conditioning we learned as children from our parents, country, religion, school, and friends. As human beings, we have a need to belong. But what if I told you that when you truly belong to yourself, your frequency becomes so strong and your heart opens? That’s when you truly feel you belong, because we are all interconnected. I'll teach you how to know what's true to you versus what's just a part of your Golden Cage holding you back. As a family, we'll have your back, holding you as you let go of the parts that aren't aligned with your evolution.
NO, You don't have to be a professional artist to be creative. We have this illusion that we aren't creative, but we make art every day: when we write, talk, think, feel, express, cook, and relate to others and nature. Art is how we live our lives. We are the artists of our own lives. Life is our masterpiece, and I will teach you how to fully embody this as a Wildflower.
NO, You don't need to be spiritual now, or have started consciousness practices before, or give up your religion if you have one. I'll teach you the Eagle’s Eye and how to access your higher knowledge, the truth that we are much more than our human senses believe in. Just be open to this. This is where magic starts to unfold and miracles become a way of living. Wherever you are on your path of consciousness, a beginner or super advanced, the knowledge you activate is as deep as you are ready for.
NO, You don't need to be fully free, conscious, or healed to be of service to others or to build your dream life. Service is true fulfillment. It’s part of the path of liberation and the path to true abundance. It feels so good to be part of the solution and to take action instead of complaining about the world's problems. You heal more when you serve others, not just for personal gain, but because you care. Whatever you give without expecting something in return, you receive tenfold from the universe. I'll teach you this in one of our masterclasses.

Meet Aiyahla
Hello beautiful women, I’m Aiyahla, founder of Free Free. Our work is simple but sacred: free within, free the world.
This mission began when I was pregnant with my daughter Violeta (now 10). I lost my own mother to suicide at 21 and made a vow to heal patterns, expand my consciousness, and stop the cycle with me. During Violeta’s birth everything I’d loved before stopped fulfilling me. I left my golden cage and launched Free Free two and a half years later.
Before Free Free, I spent 11 years as Fashion & Creative Director at Vogue working with Rihanna, Kim Kardashian, Naomi Campbell and more. After my leap, our first contract was with the Department of Justice. From there, invitations poured in: teaching Fortune 500 CEOs, speaking at Congress, collaborating with Harvard and Cambridge, and receiving awards from Forbes, the UN and Glamour. We now blend consciousness, art and social impact with an impact valued at over £70 million.
In July 2025 I received my Soul Name in deep meditation. While my father was in hospital with a brain tumour I wrote my new book, The 16 Truths of Freedom, in four weeks. He passed away in August. That experience fully embodied me for the next stage of my mission.
Now, for the first time, we’re opening the Free Free experience directly to high-level, brave women ready to be truly free and to free the world too. This challenge shares three of the Truths from my forthcoming book so you can start living your Wildflower Self now. Not someday.
