I have dedicated my life to living free. Freedom looks different for each of us, but at its core it’s about living authentically, accessing your creativity, and stepping into bigger spaces, even when you are scared. You express instead of suppress. After going to Egypt, loosing my father, and changing my name, making our first raise for Free Free, I went through deep initiations that upleveled my leadership 1000%. Its crazy, but time is collapsing and my response is: YES, bring it on, and this is so exciting becaue I get to serve you in a way I have never done before.

People always ask me how I got to Davos, how I found the courage to speak to a thousand people, how Free Free collaborates with the UN or the Department of Justice, and how we get so much done without investors, without permission. The truth is, I’ve never shared our backstage, and I guess this is our magic. I didn’t get here by being following the rules of the perfect woman, a 10 year business plan or being fully in control. I learned to see my work as service and I started leading through my feminine.

I got here by trusting the unknown, learning by doing, and letting expansion free me along the way. I also got things wrong, had to learn how to find creative solutions by stepping beyond my shame and realising we can also move beyond what people think. This is breaking the golden cage. And it´s the most liberating thing you can do.

This is how I built Free Free (and keep building), and this is what this challenge is about: showing how big ideas move from paper into the world (show preparation for Davos in real time), how missions becomes the accelerator to your true freedom, and how you don’t need to be fully free or know exactly what you’re doing to expand from where you are now. As we do the work, we learn.

As we learn, we expand.

And as we expand, we become more free.

There is another way to lead.

There is another way to live your life and lead your mission than playing by the rule book, having to choose one way or the other. We can BE FREE. And experience MIRACLES everyday. Freedom is a choice. A decision to lean in and stop avoiding everything you are trying to hide. I stopped and it's the best thing I ever did.

Why this now?

Why now? Because I’ve realized that every time Free Free expands, there so many people that as me, how do you do this? And a woman is still being asked to move beyond so much—the no’s, the projections, the distractions, the subtle tests of courage. From the outside, our seven-year journey can look like magic, but in truth it has been built through courage: stepping in before being ready, continuing when it’s uncomfortable, dreaming big, and leading with creativity and flexibility. I didn’t start Free Free ready—I was still freeing myself—but Free Free became the path that helped me do it faster, teaching my ego to feel safe in rooms it was never trained for, and allowing my soul to lead. This 30-day immersion exists because expansion always brings resistance, and that’s normal; growth isn’t about having everything sorted, more investors, or bigger teams—it’s about trusting life, living and leading like a wildflower, rooted in the earth yet free to bloom anywhere. In this challenge, we won’t just share ideas—we’ll get dirty, touch the ground, and take real action together. Before founding Free Free, I spent 11 years at Vogue working with Rihanna, Kim Kardashian, Naomi Campbell and many more, yet feeling deeply unfulfilled. I had every girl's dream life, but that was just the appearance. After my daughter’s birth, I left it all to dedicate myself to this mission and brought my creativity with me. Only when I tuned into my true gifts and mission did fulfillment arrive.

From that space of trust, invitations flowed: speaking at Congress, working with the Department of Justice, coaching Fortune 500 CEOs, collaborating with Harvard, the UN and Glamour. When we trust, we become free. And more importantly, we don’t do it just for ourselves, we are Wild Flowers. Whatever we do affects everything around us. We do it for our children, our families, our communities, our countries, our world.

About Aiyahla

Hello beautiful women, I’m Aiyahla, founder of Free Free. Our work is simple but sacred: free within, free the world.

This mission began when I was pregnant with my daughter Violeta (now 10). I lost my own mother to suicide at 21 and made a vow to heal patterns, expand my consciousness, and stop the cycle with me. During Violeta’s birth everything I’d loved before stopped fulfilling me. I left my golden cage and launched Free Free two and a half years later.

Before Free Free, I spent 11 years as Fashion & Creative Director at Vogue working with Rihanna, Kim Kardashian, Naomi Campbell and more. After my leap, our first contract was with the Department of Justice. From there, invitations poured in: teaching Fortune 500 CEOs, speaking at Congress, collaborating with Harvard and Cambridge, and receiving awards from Forbes, the UN and Glamour. We now blend consciousness, art and social impact with an impact valued at over £70 million.

In July 2025 I received my Soul Name in deep meditation. While my father was in hospital with a brain tumour I wrote my new book, The 16 Truths of Freedom, in four weeks. He passed away in August. That experience fully embodied me for the next stage of my mission.
